Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring you include all cleaning cloths and documentation provided at purchase.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
